Developing a Visitor Centered Strategy for the South Carolina State Museum
During this twelve-month project, we worked with the South Carolina State Museum to redesign its website from the ground up. Through a comprehensive Discovery Process, we worked with leadership and staff to learn about the existing site’s pain points and how the new site could meet visitor needs. This process resulted in measurable goals and a completely new content strategy for the museum’s website.
